What Is The Format For The EGC?
- The EGC runs over three months and consists of nine, 90-minute virtual or in person ZOOM sessions.
- Each participant will complete a behavioral and leadership assessment and receive a one-on-one
- Participants are encouraged to complete weekly reading assignments and exercises.
