Introducing the The Entrepreneurial Growth Course (EGC). EGC is designed to support and foster the growth and development of entrepreneurs and their businesses.
This group formatted program provides education, resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help entrepreneurs scale their ventures.
The specific content and focus of the EGC is to generally aim to assist entrepreneurs in overcoming common challenges associated with managing and growing their businesses.
The E-Growth program is designed for business owners and leaders who:
- Have a proven business
- Have a demonstrated demand for their product or service and
- Are ready to take their business to the next level in terms of growth and effectiveness.
- The EGC runs over three months and consists of nine, 90-minute virtual or in person ZOOM sessions.
- Each participant will complete a behavioral and leadership assessment and receive a one-on-one
- Participants are encouraged to complete weekly reading assignments and exercises.

- Clarity about who your customers should be and what they need
- Relevant marketing message
Behavior - Maximize your effectiveness by understanding different styles of behavior, your personal strengths and blind spots and how they affect others.
Customers - Determine which customers you should be serving and work out what they really care about.
Mindset - Understand where your business is in it's cycle and what that means for your role as the owner. Learn to set goals from an entrepreneurial perspective and how to turn them into achievable plans.
Marketing - Craft the right message targeted on the things that matter to your ideal customers. Position your business and yourself so that you're always at the top of their minds.
Strategic Planning - Create a winning strategic plan that you and your team will actually use. Identify key tactics to get you started on the road to success.
Sales - Build your sales process, learn how to qualify the right prospects and how to present to them in ways that speak to their needs. Overcome objections and create long-term satisified clients.
Metrics - Establish key metrics for managing your business and build a dashboard to track them. Understand the three formulas in business and demystify some important financial terms.
Constraints - Identify what's holding your business back and develop strategies to overcome them.
The EGC is a 9 week program that meets over a 3 month period for 1 1/2 hours each session.

Other Items:
- Assessments will be "self" assessments vs multirater.
- All "In Person" classes will be offered at a central location close to participants. Sessions will be recorded via Fathom.
- All virtual sessions will be offered Zoom. Sessions will be recorded via Fathom.
Program Fees:
- $650 per month times 3 months = $1,950 paid prior to the kickoff session.
- Referral bonus of $150 for registered and paid referral.
- Cost includes all assessment fees.
- For participants that would like to continue development group, they can enroll in the Group Coaching for Business Owners Success (GCBOS) program for $500 if they enroll within 1 year of completing ECG. Also, if the refer a member to GCBOS, they will receive a $50 monthly reimbursement on their GCBOS program fee.
