Introducing the Group Coaching for Executive Success (GCES) Program:
GCES is a partnership between a certified executive coach and a group of business executives, designed to create a collaborative group and individual coaching environment that inspires the executive to create and execute a plan that maximizes their personal and professional potential.
This program utilizes behavioral assessments, as well as 360 degree feedback, to formulate a plan that builds
upon professional skills in a variety of areas. Whether you’re adapting to a new role, or trying to position yourself for future opportunities, or simply want to improve your performance, it’s time to make a bold commitment to your future through executive coaching!
This module focuses on gaining clarity on the executive’s themes, including a behavior assessment, understanding values, analyzing strengths, managing potential career limiting factors by using gap analysis tools and setting achievable goals.

GCE meets 2 times per month. One meeting per month is in person.
Includes an occassional guest speaker once every 2 months.
Monthly one to ones with an executive coach.
Assessments will be administeered during the first month of the program.
Program effectiveness will be evaluated following each team meeting.
Monthly subscription of $850 includes the cost of meeting facilities, guest speakers and executive coach/facilitator.
Additional cost for various assessments of $500 during initial subscription month.
