ALDP

The Accelerated Leadership Development Program (ALDP) is a comprehensive initiative designed to explore the multiple logics at work within the global marketplace. In today's complex business environment, leaders face the challenge of navigating diverse frames of reference related to good management practices, customer needs, product quality, and business performance. ALDP addresses this challenge by cultivating integrative leadership capabilities based on an understanding of the interplay between an organization's value creation functions, its strategic direction, and the cultures in which it operates, including awareness of one's own cultural assumptions.

This program focuses on developing the following three core dimensions:

  • Visionary leadership;
  • Systemic analysis of contexts;
  • Creating a culture focused on execution and results;

ALDP delves into essential topics such as:

  • Managing the contradictions of leading a global enterprise;
  • Effective leadership;
  • Strategic analysis of markets;
  • The development of leadership competency models;
  • Participants gain insights into conceptual pluralism, the ability to analyze context before designing strategies;
  • The importance of understanding and managing complex business relationships in global environments;

The ALDP program is intended to extend over three separate weeks, on three continents, over one year.

  • Taking participants through various geographic locations to provide diverse viewpoints and perspectives;
  • Each module is linked conceptually and narratively, allowing participants to develop multiple frames of reference and the wisdom to apply them effectively;
  • The program concludes with an action learning module that enables participants to test and evaluate their perspectives, tools, and practices within a live market context;

Faculty for the program consists of:

  • World-class executive educators with global consulting and teaching experience;
  • The development and delivery of the program involve costs related to curriculum development, program logistics, faculty travel, tuition, materials, and onsite coordination;
  • ALDP aims to equip leaders with the skills and insights needed to create new maps of reality for their organizations and guide them toward global success;
