Our Approach

If this sounds like you, we may be the solution to your executive coaching needs. Our approach is primarily one to one, although there are instances where a group approach can be viable. We regularly meet with our clients to review reading materials, discuss learning concepts and/or deliver practical insights.

  • In all our sessions, we ask three questions:
  • What did you learn?
  • How can you apply it?
  • What actions will you take and by when?
This accountability component represents a big difference in how we approach executive coaching versus other coaching solutions. The duration of our engagement is entirely up to the executive (coachee) and the coach. If the client or coach is not satisfied with the way the engagement is progressing, either one can terminate the coaching process.
